    The duration of a renovation project varies depending on its scope. A bathroom renovation might take 2-3 weeks, while a whole house renovation could take several months. We provide detailed timelines during the quoting process.
  • CAN I STAY IN MY HOME DURING THE RENOVATION?
    This depends on the extent of the renovation. For minor renovations or those limited to specific areas, generally you should be able to stay. For major renovations it is dependent on the construction, however, the majority of our extensions/additions the owners can stay home, saving on rental and storage costs etc. We'll discuss this with you during the planning phase.
  • DO I NEED COUNCIL APPROVAL FOR MY RENOVATION?
    Many renovations require council approval. As part of our service, we can advise you on whether your project needs approval and assist with the application process if necessary.
  • HOW DO YOU ENSURE MINIMAL DISRUPTION DURING THE RENOVATION?
    We strive to minimise disruption by carefully planning our work, maintaining a clean job site, and communicating clearly about our schedule. For larger projects, we can often work in stages to keep some areas of your home functional.Many renovations require council approval.
